Task management Estimator / project manager in fire protection systems:
We are looking for a person who has the following skills:
RESPONSABILITIES
* Examine building plans and specifications.
* Create cost estimates for the installation of automatic sprinkler systems.
* Monitor and evaluate addendas and extras to the current project.
* Talk to operations managers, facility managers and customers as needed.
* Be present at the site meetings.
* Monitor portals independently and manage work orders.
* Contribute to the management of suppliers with regard to continuous documentation.
* Staff management on siter
QUALIFICIATIONS
* Min 1 year of estimation experience
* Knowledge of automatic sprinkler systems / fire system
* Ability to read plans and specifications
* Experience in preparing project estimates
* Project management skills
* Exceptional communication, resolution, and negotiation skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Must be comfortable working in a small office
* Work schedule 5 days a week for a total of 40hrs (8am to 4.30pm)
